Get ready for a week of magic and heroics! We’re cranking up the fun with dance parties that’ll make you groove, crafty adventures that’ll unleash your inner artist, outdoor escapades that'll have you soaring, and super challenges! We will have a dress up day!
All participants in the summer program will receive a BGC T-shirt.
Weekly calendars will be sent out to parents via email on the Thursday prior to each week.
The first two children pay full price for a program week, while the third child and any additional siblings receive a $50 discount when enrolled in the same weeks as the first two. Contact Lee-Ann for the discount application.
A $20 late pick-up fee will be charged if your child is not picked up by 5:30, as staff are only available until then.
Note:
The Club opens at 7:45 for early drop-offs. All members must be collected by 5:30.
Daily essentials include: a peanut-free lunch, snacks, a water bottle, swim gear, shoes suitable for water, running shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Please ensure everything is labeled.
IMPORTANT!
For those signing up for more than four weeks, a payment plan is available after the initial payment. (SET UP THE PLAN EARLY) A credit card must be on file for the Rec Desk system. Remaining payments can be divided and invoiced on specific dates. Contact Lee-Ann at 807-623-0354 ext. 111 after registering for weeks and completing the minimum payment to arrange this payment option.
For cancellations, a two-week notice is required for a refund, minus a $25 administration fee. The annual membership fee of $10 per child is non-refundable.
