Programs

ECOLE GRON MORGAN STUDENTS IN THE FRENCH IMMERSION STREAM ONLY ARE ALLOWED TO BE BUSSED TO BGC THUNDER BAY. We are not zoned for the English students to be bussed to the Club. If your child is in JK but they are intending on registering into French Immersion, they are allowed to register. To register a child they must have the Safe Arrival 24 -25 Membership first. Must be turning 4 before Dec 31st, 2024.
Registered students would be bussed from school to the Club daily after school. Before School is not available. This program is based on every school day starting on Monday September 16th 2024 and has limited spaces. Parents would be responsible for picking their children up or making other arrangements with bussing from September 2 - 13th.
Once registration is done through the Club (at least 5 business days prior to the start of bussing) the parent can contact their school to set it up with them.
A Minimum payment of $240 and the $10 membership fee is due upon registration. The remainder of the payment $360 is due before January 10th 2025. PA Days, & School Breaks are not included in fees.
Payment for program is based on $3.35 per day for every school day. You can print off your payments for child care purposes.
After school snack is provided. Calendars will be emailed to you monthly, on our website under Windsor Programs and copies will be available at the Club.
Children are asked to dress appropriately for indoor and outdoor activities. We have a gym, crafts, zone play, cooking, computers, workshops, literacy and cultural programs.
